David is a know it all mansplainer with a lisp, who was exiled from his village for being so. He lives in the forest, in a large tree with nothing but the animals, who he believes are his followers as he is full of all the wisdom of the universe…or so he believes. Although he is a very good Druid and good at his craft, he tends to be left behind due to annoying his party. He doesn’t see his faults and tends to think he was the one leaving the party vs other way round. He doesn’t have very good social cues or a personal bubble, therefore he’s a close talker, and because he has a lisp, he tends to sputter on people while he talks. If he doesn’t know the answer he will make one up and confidently tell you the wrong one. Or he will simply tell you to “look it up”. .. but no one knows what that really means, because in dnd adventures, one cannot simply do that. He loves his pet mole, “Harry” more than he leads on. He tells folks it’s his most loyal follower, however if anything happed to Harry, David would be devastated. And although he is an animal lover, he understands the circle and balance of life in nature and respects the way things can go. All in all he’s a simple creature, who wants to feel needed.
