To the esteemed committee of the Floral Dragon Conservatory, It is with great pleasure and excitement that I write you this letter, discovery is one of a great many joys in life, and you all have stumbled upon a great one! I humbly ask to be made part of this momentous occasion on merit of my skills as a horticulturist, an apiarist, and though it was ages ago, an adventurer. I offer my skills as a healer, a tracker, and a mother to you all in hopes my twilight years will be all the more memorable. My name is Amadea Weepwillow, I live on a dozen or so acre farm a few days' ride from Phandalin (a small town where entirely too much takes place), wherein we grow vegetables and prize-winning flowers tended to by a great many apiaries of honeybees. I am 99 years old, but farm life has kept me limber, lean, and keen eyed. My storied past contains a great swath of love, loss, and intrigue, but I won’t bore you with the details. My children are all grown now, either having gone off to see the world as I did in my youth or volunteered to take over our farm. With my loves having passed and my children grown, I am left with little to do save sit and knit, and I struggle with idle time. My age may have you imagining me a kindly old woman, but I still see myself as I did decades ago. A hot little spitfire ready to take the world for a ride! I digress… I can assure you all I am a capable ranger, I have my methods, my reasons, but that storied past and the particulars of how I come by these skills is something I keep close to my chest. Perhaps we can discuss particulars across the veil of the material. Over tea maybe? I look forward to working with you,
